By renting a vehicle from Exclusive Rentals, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. All drivers must be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
A security deposit is required for all luxury and exotic vehicle rentals. The deposit amount varies based on the vehicle class and will be fully refunded upon safe return of the vehicle.
Comprehensive insurance coverage is mandatory for all rentals. Our premium insurance package covers collision, theft, and third-party liability up to the limits specified in your rental agreement.
The renter is responsible for any damages not covered by insurance, including but not limited to interior damage, excessive wear, and violations of the rental agreement terms.
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will forfeit the entire rental payment.
All vehicles must be operated in accordance with local traffic laws and regulations. Off-road use, racing, and participation in any competitive driving events are strictly prohibited.
Smoking, vaping, and transportation of pets are not permitted in any of our vehicles. Violations will result in additional cleaning fees.
Daily mileage limits apply to all rentals and are specified in your rental agreement. Additional mileage charges will apply for exceeding the daily limit.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. A refueling service fee plus fuel costs will be charged if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
